Some of the most enjoyable projects are the ones where everyone wants to be involved.
During a visit to one of the military units we now currently work with, we had the opportunity to see how our system could fit into their daily operations.
What started as a practical session quickly became something much more interactive.
People from different roles joined the conversation, shared their experiences and gave their opinions on what would make the system work better for them.
Everyone wanted to take part, test the features and have their say.
There was a lot of energy in the room, but it was also a valuable learning experience for our team.
It gave us a clearer understanding of how the unit operates and where the system needed to adapt.
That is one of the strengths of the way we work.
The system can integrate with existing processes and can be customised around the needs of each organisation.
We do not expect every client to work in the same way, so listening is an important part of the process.
Some of the most useful changes came from simple conversations during the session.
The people using the system every day were able to point out what mattered most to them, and we were able to make adjustments based on real feedback.
It was a fun and memorable experience, and we appreciated how open everyone was throughout the process.
Today, they are one of our valued clients, and we are grateful for the trust they have placed in us.
We continue to learn from them and support them as their requirements develop.
